What goes around, comes around”… If you work in any system: corporate entity, professions…’ you can be pretty sure that after a period of years, a so called ‘new initiative’ will be introduced… it will only be the older more experienced colleagues that will recognises it as pretty much the same as a previous one! Just different language and terminology… but essentially the same!!
